About the INX Committee
The INX Committee is responsible for the strategic and technical oversight of the INX-ZA Internet exchanges.
The Committee oversees the operation of the INXes and develops INX policies in the interests of participants at the exchanges, ISPA, and the wider Internet community.
The INX Committee operates with a high level of independence while remaining subject to high-level oversight by the ISPA Board of Directors.
Governance
The operation of the INX Committee is governed by the INX-ZA Terms of Reference and INX By-Laws.
The Terms of Reference define the relationship between the INX Committee and ISPA’s Board of Directors, while the By-Laws define the Committee’s composition, election processes, operating procedures and responsibilities.
